"I called your business inquiring about getting a relaxation massage later in the day. I spoke to Amanda. She was kind and courteous. I had recently had lower back surgery (L1-S1 function) and was desperate to find someone to work on my tight, healing back muscles. I do not live in the area - in Seattle for business for two weeks - so thought it would be difficult to arrange a professional massage. Despite the short notice, the fact that I am not local and I recently had surgery, Amanda was able to get me an appointment for a massage that afternoon.
I arrived late to the appointment (no thanks to yellow cab) but this did not matter to you folks. I filled out the paperwork and the massage therapist [Marzena] got me setup and started the massage.
To make a long story short, I just wanted to tell you folks that I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. It was truly the best I have ever experienced. The therapist REALLY relaxed me. I felt terrific.
It is time to find a new therapist in my home town because what I experienced at your center is what a massage should be.
