Meditation is used for stress reduction, centering and grounding oneself, emotional balancing, clearing the cluttered mind, transmuting negative emotions, experiencing more joy/happiness in life, inducing peace and serenity. Classes are for 60 minutes and begin with deep breathing and relaxation techniques. It is excellent for all ages.

You will learn how to do healing across distance and through time; legal issues involved in practice on persons outside the family, other advanced subjects. Bring 'Reiki for Dummies' by Nina Paul. You will receive Sacred Stone, Certificate (required for insurance) and an individualized plan for using your new Reiki II power.
